Shop Online

1. How do I make a purchase?

Before you begin your buying experience, you need to Sign up as a member first. Registration is FREE and can be done on the main page. Ensure that all fields are filled up accurately, as we will send your order confirmation to the email address provided by you and may contact you via your contact details.

Login with your Email Address (this will be your User ID) and Password. You are now ready to begin shopping!

Go to the product page you want.
Select the Size (if applicable) and Quantity you want.
Select ‘Add To Shopping Bag’ and the selected item(s) will be added to your shopping bag.
You may continue adding items to your shopping bag by selecting ‘Add to Shopping Bag’ on other product pages.
For your convenience, Be Beauty offers a Currency Selection option for you to view the products in your preferred currency.

2. What forms of payment does bebeauty provide?

For Singapore orders, we provide payment options of VISA/MASTER/Bank Transfer/Cash on Delivery.
For International orders, we provide payment options of VISA/MASTER/Telegraphic Transfer.
*You will be contacted by email when we have confirmed your order indicating Telegraphic Transfer as payment method.

3. How do I check my order status? How do I track my past purchases?

4. How do I make changes or cancel my order?

Notification of changes/cancel order must be made within 48 hours from the time of order. Kindly contact us at +(65) 63822 822 or email [email protected] After 48 hours, No changes or cancelation once payment is made unless the stock that you want to purchase is not available. We will then inform you by email or call.

5. How long will it take for my order to be delivered? How much is the delivery charge?

Overseas order:
We offer delivery via SingPost Air Parcel. Time taken for delivery depends on the destinations.

Local order:
Delivery charge for local (Singapore) is at SGD15 per order. However, the fee will be waived if the purchase is above SGD100. Our door to door delivery service operating hours would be from 9am to 5pm, Monday to Friday

6. How and when will I be informed if a product is out of stock?

You will be contacted by email or phone if there are out of stock items after the verification of a successful payment is made within 3-4 working days.

Membership Account

1. How do I join as a member?

Login with your Email Address (this will be your User ID) and Password. You are now ready to begin shopping!

2. How long is the membership valid for?

The membership is valid for life.

3. How do I update my personal information?

You need to Login in as a member first. Click on ‘My Account’ to update or make changes to your personal information. This will ensure that your details are accurate and up-to-date.

4. What are the benefits of being a member?

Members receive first-hand information on sale events and new launches! Additionally, members also get to earn points with purchase, which can then be redeemed for any product you want once enough points have been accumulated.

5. How do I accumulate points? How do I check my points balance?

Simply Login to make purchases and every S$1 spent is equivalent to one point. To check your points balance, click on ‘My Account’ to view the details.

6. How do I redeem my reward points?

You may use your reward points to offset payment for any purchase! A minimum of 100 points is required and every 100 points = $1 for your usage.

7. Am I allowed to combine points with my friends?

Each member is allowed to use the points they accumulate within a single account and may not combine points in any way.

9. What is the validity period of my points?

All points accumulated will be valid for a period of 1 year, following which, all unused points will be forfeited.

10. I've forgotten my password. What should I do?

Go to the Lost password page and reset your password with your email or username. A new password will be sent to your email account which you registered the account with. You may then reset this password to your preferred one.

11. How do I terminate my membership account?

A member may terminate the Account in writing. Upon termination of your Account, you will cease to be eligible to receive any marketing collateral or participate in the membership programme. Any Points held in your name will be forfeited.

1. I'm interested in purchasing in bulk. Are there any special procedures?
